Present: Jim Wettlaufer, Earl Johnson, Christian Petersen
Motion 020608-1: Motion made by Jim Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson, all in favor, to accept the minutes of the January 30th meeting as read.
Motion 020608-2: Motion made by Jim Wettlaufer, seconded by Christian Petersen, all in favor to authorize the signing of the Thames River Valley Flood Control Contract, town to receive $6,672.65.
Motion 020608-3: Motion made by Jim Wettlaufer, seconded by Earl Johnson, all in favor to authorize the signing of theTAN renewal, 3-week extension.
Motion 020608-4: Motion made by Jim Wettlaufer, seconded by Christian Petersen to authorize the signing of the Nero Confirmatory Deed . Mr. Johnson abstained from vote and signing.
Warrants were signed and delivered to the Treasurer.
Motion 020608-5: Motion made by Jim Wettlaufer, seconded by Christian Petersen to adjourn the meeting at 7:33 P.M., all in favor.
